We maintain a number of quality AQHA registered quarter horses at the Deussen Ranch.
Our herd sire is Jay Doctor Fletch
, who is a son of Docs J Jay by Doc Bar -
member of the AQHA hall of fame. Dam is
an own daughter of Jae Bar Fletch - 2000 NCHA Futurity winner and member of NCHA
hall of fame.
Brood mares are generally bred up close to
Doc Bar, and Peppy San Badger (see King Ranch web site) - winner of the 1977 NCHA Futurity
and member of the AQHA hall of fame. Our herd also includes a granddaughter of Easy Jet - winner of
the 1969 All American Futurity and member of the AQHA hall of fame.
